TRUNGDO Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Vinh Architecture Company, was established in 1958. Ever since its establishment, the company has overcome many difficulties and challenges, contributing projects with great imprints for the development and the innovation of our country.
After equitization, TRUNGDO quickly shifted its business structure in the right direction, effectively and constantly developing and becoming one of the top building materials manufacturers in Vietnam.
With the current vision, TRUNGDO continues to strengthen partnership with strategic partners and to strive for better.

HISTORY AND MILESTONES

1958

Vinh Architecture Company is founded

1963

Vinh power plant, Vinh wood factory and Vinh oil press factory were completed in turn, consolidating Nghe An industry

1968

The field airport, Military Zone IV Hospital and Anh Son Thermal Power Plant... were urgently constructed to serve production and war in a timely manner.

1972

The headquarters of the Provisional Revolutionary Government of the Republic of the South (secret number 73) was urgently completed.

1974

Vietnam - Poland Hospital was built

1976

Renamed as Construction Company No. 6. A series of school and housing projects in the area were deployed and built strongly.

1978

Nam Giang Brick and Tile Factory, Hoang Mai Brick Factory and Duc Thuan Factory is launched as the foundation for the development of the Company's building materials segment.

1980

Restore and expand the construction of factories, enterprises, facilities in the homeland. Strengthening construction staffs for state level key projects such as Hoa Binh Hydropower Plant and Tri An Hydropower Plant

1986

Post office, Commercial Bank, Foreign Affairs Department and Customs were built to serve the focus of economic innovation.

1992

Construction of circuit 1 and circuit 2 Ha Tinh 500Kv power compensating station were built on difficult terrain but still ahead of schedule, demonstrating excellent technical expertise and in-depth experience of the Company. Invested in Nam Giang brick kiln - The first Tuynel brick production unit in Nghe An.

1994

Upgrade new equipment for the construction of difficult items of the Voice of Can Tho, Vung Tau Fertilizer Gas Power Plant, Nghi Son Cement Plant and Hoang Mai Cement Plant

1998

Winning FDI projects based on outstanding construction capacity: Japanese ODA project schools, Bitumen Shell Works, Tate & Lyle Sugar Factory. Can Tho Voice Radio, Vung Tau Fertilizer Gas Power Station, Nghi Son Hoang Mai Cement Plant.

2002

The first tile of Trung Do Granite factory is produced with the most modern and synchronous Italian technology in Vietnam at that time.

2004

The completion of Nguyen Sy Sach South urban area opens a new field of business of the Company - Real estate investment and trading.

2006

Improving fuel technology at Trung Do Granite Factory marks a breakthrough in production and creates competitive conditions on product prices.

2008

Changed its name to TRUNGDO Joint Stock Company with the focus gradually shifting to the production of building materials.

2010

The first tile exported to IRAQ opened the period when TRUNGDO products are presented in international markets: Thailand, Australia...

2013

Granite TRUNGDO launches glazed roof tiles with the only plastic molding method in the country. Queen roof tile and Phoenix roof tiles are at the top of the Vietnamese tile brand.

2018

TrungDo Ha Tinh is launched . The fully automatic and updated fireclay brick production technology with capacity of 120 million bricks/year marks a new technology in the direction of environmental friendliness.

2019

Flat roof tile - EXCEL was exclusively licensed by the National Office of Intellectual Property, Confirmed TRUNGDO's position in the field of building materials construction in Vietnam.

2020

TRUNGDO apartment in N03-T6 is put into operation. Investing in TRUNGDO building materials production complex. Bringing the company to the leading goal in the field of building materials Manufacturers in Vietnam

2021

SLABSTONE factory is invested with a total of more than 1,000 billion VND, using the most modern Continua + technology in the world. Being the first factory in Vietnam to produce large-format artificial bricks
